IndiaToday Book Club, Product: X-Box
Product Not Received

I have purchased one X-Box with india today book club and made payments via Three Credit Cards for Rs.17, 489/- (Rs.7, 498/- Rs.5, 298/- Rs.4, 693/-) on dt.31.3.2010. under Scheme / Promotion etc.explained on phone by india today book club executive "MR.TAIFEEN" Free assured gift amounting to Rs.20, 000/- But Still I have not received my product!

When I called your Customer Care Serivce they told me that they have recvd. the payment but could sent me the product as the payment is "MISMATCH".

I have made full payment still your company is not giving me the product let alone the Scheme/Contest prize of Rs.20, 000/-

Further contacting with company's executives / customer care service is pahetic.
