Non delivery of ordered item

I have booked an order for a Whirlpool Microwave Oven vide Booking ID No.880100737 on 05/04 by paying Rs. 7098/= through Credit Card. My querries through customer care No. 01140502424 or e-mail have resulted in reply with " please provide alternative address". When I insisted that on the same address I have been provided orders in the past with door delivery then I was replied that the delivery is delayed as the item is out of stock. Last contact I was told to wait for few more days and the delivery shall be effected within six to seven days time. Now it is almost 40 days since I have placed order but there is still no trace of delivery. My ITBC membership No. is 07319994

Please help.
