Outgoing call fesility is disabled since 18/01

I have retained a number on 18/1 but nmy outgoing call fecitity is still disabled. I asked customer care for help they suggested me to submit my documents in Reliance outlet. I have submitted my documents on 19/1 at The Reliance Mobile store Chakdaha and The Reliance Mobile store Ranaghat but my outgoing call fecility is still disabled.my details is given below-
