Sir,

Multipurpose Toolkit with Powerful Drill Machine order was placed by me under order no.113489296/ 4368853 dt.1st Dec.2011. On receipt of goods I found that kit had few missing parts and defective. Complain was lodge by me under no.45634 dated 19.12.11 .They have collected goods vide AFL courier bill no. 700013338345 dt. 28.01.12 from me and cancelled my order and its refund amount Rs.2589/ is still awaited.

Your office is hereby requested to help me in getting back my refund along with interest and additional charges for mental agony caused to me. I have all the necessary evidences of various telephones made to them at various time. It seems that the said co. has no intention of payment and I assure you give your office all the cooperation from my side to see that some legal action is taken against them. So as that in future they should not the innocent customers.
