Wrong material despatched and Non-receipt of gift

India Today Bag it club called me faking that I have been lucky winner of Rs 2 lakh, however they put a condition that I need to order merchandise online worth Rs 15000/- for qualifying. I did authorise the merchandise over phone by credit card, however after that it's been over 1 month I haven't received my jackpot gift and they delivered a book for Rs. 5000 around which was not ordered by me and they raised their invoice.
