Replacement of washing machine{AW7233}

Dear Ma'am/Sir

I am Hina Tejwani from East of kailash, New Delhi. This is to inform you that i had bought a IFB washing machine model no. AW7233 from Unique Electronics, central market just four months back on 29 January. I have launched complaints regarding this machine to the customer care almost every month. My customer ID is 2199539 and my complaint no. are 4206810.{near by 28 Feb 4354228 {last week of March}, and now latest is 4427303 on 25 April. Every time the PCB part is not performing. I had a talk with the service provider named Mr. Gaurav no.{9312885444} also he behaves rudely on the phone and i feel he must learn first how to talk to the customers.

. This is my humble request to IFB company that instead of mending the machine please consider this case to replace this time for customer's well being.
