Incomplete and lack of response for modular kitchen work

This complaints relates to modular kitchen which I have ordered to Mr. Prem Rout. Actually I am not blaming any company, its individual who had booked the order by claiming he will be providing all accessories of Sleek modular kitchen. He is an ex Sleek, borivali employee. Through reference he has approached me and promised to deliver n complete the modular kitchen by 28th Jan. I had paid 80% of payment as per contract, but till date this guy has not completed my work. Partial work done by him is of inferior quality. He does not lift phone or even respond. Every time he delayed his work and give silly excuse. After having such a long patience I am forced to write this complaint as his attitude makes me totally harassed and depressed. He has given me 3/4 fake address which is not traceable. Through facebook I got his incomplete profile and photo which are attached herewith. Kindly guide me further modus operandi to take action against this guy.
