I PURCHASED A VOLTAS 1.5 TONN WINDOW AC 2 STAR FROM ONE OF THE REPUTED DEALER OF SOUTH DELHI M/s. RAMLAL ELECTRONICS AT MADANGIR, BILL NO. 141 DATE 18.04.2010. THE INDOOR UNIT AFTER INSTALLATION ON YESTERDAY STARTED MAKING A HUGE NOISE BECAUSE OF DEFECTIVE FAN SETTINGS AND THE ENGINEERS CAME FOR INSTALMENT SAID THAT THE INDOOR UNIT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND WHEN THE DEALER GET CONTACTED, HE STARTED MAKING MANY EXCUSES AND WAS NOT READY TO DO SO. WHEN VISITED HIS SHOP HE STARTED ABUSING TATA COMPANY FOR THEIR SUPPLIES & THEIR IRREGULARITIES, BUT AS A CUSTOMER I AM GETTIING HARASSED FOR GETTING EXTENDED MY TRUST TOWARDS VOLTAS BEING FELT CHEATED.
