Non-availability of Bluetooth Headset

I Satya Ranjan User of Nokia Bluetooth Headset, BH-103. I had given my bluetooth headset to the Nokia Care, Sambalpur, Orissa On 12-dec, time 12.33, Job Sheet no. 633504886/091212/16 as it was not working and they make me sure that they will make me available within on week, but till i'm not getting this, i'm very much disappointed from your service. When ever i went (12 time) to Nokia Care they simply told that they have no stock n we ordered for that..

so what to do..??

i m too much harassed n thinking for a file a consumer case..
