Nokia- 6300
Malfunctioning due to software updation

Hi,

This is m sending u mail, which m expecting it should be taken very serious. As i bought "Nokia 6300" on "July 08" from MOBILE STORE, Varanasi (U.P). after 8 months lots of problem start occuring. Group addition failure 4 SMS, Bluetooth connection failure, Image appearance 4 incoming call disappeared.etc. Since i visit Nokia care in the month of Nov. 09.there representatives suggested for the software updation. Since immediately i got it updated. But immediately many problems starts. Few of the are as follows:

* Unable to setup connection throughbluetooth.(always shows operation failed)

* Having sufficient memory in memory card as well as in phone. But still shows memory full.

* Unable to create groups in SMS

As again in month of Jan -10 i went to Nokia care, their representative suggested to get update software. So my question is what benefit m gettin if i haveto update these sofware every month. It isa hge investment.

SO kindly suggestme the riight action to be taken
