Cheated for Warranty

I am Ashish, i have bought a Ismart phone from gurgaon, now suddenly there is some problem occurs in it. Phone is not able to catch signals. I have gone to service center in noida AMBE ElectronicWas. In the begning he said that your phone will be ok, it will cost you 375 rupees now they said that we have sent your phone to company and last week i got a call from service centre and then they ask for 3000 rupees, even my phone is still in Warranty, i dont why they are charging. If this problem doesnot sort out, i will go to the consumer court. I am not going to leave this.
