There is no one in ION exchange to answer the call, not even the heads. We have been giving reminder calls them everyday. Its been 5 days i have registered a complaint but there is no response. Its gone to the extent of pipe bursting and our kitchen getting flooded with water. We are highly dissatisfied with their service and request the forum to take some strict action.
