Please solve my solution

I purchased one water purifier for my residence around 4 years before from Surat. Initially your local representative has to come for servicing but since last 2 years could not be contacted on 8.2.2010.I lodged complaint at your toll free number 180030181818

Today somebody approached at my residency and told that the same modal you have discounted. Therefore carbon candle can hot be replaced there after. I approached Mr. Sandip, Mr. Vaibaav Jainwala and Mr. Pratik Desai every body narrated. The same story and offered buy back against preset machine. We strongly oppose your above practice therefore would request to set right the matter or else. We will be forced to approach “Consumer Redresser Authority”
