I bought a colour printer advance image runner 5030 from a canon dealer m/s gupta agencies in patiala (however the dealer is not authorised from company side to sell the particular machine- even then he did not mentioned this earlier) in the month of april in rs. 4 lac and at the time of purchase dealer told that company do a fasma of 7.5 rupess for the print from the printer and that one is applicable to me. due to ignorance i did not make any agreement with the dealer or company and he also did not told me to do so. and now dealer has refused to give any service and so the company by giving reason that i am printing full colour pages on the machine, which was not told to the company. However here i want to mention that i am from printing line and in our line there are same types of print everywhere and this was in the notice of company and dealer before purchasing the machine. I am a victim of fraud done by dealer and company. However i want to mention that all the other companies do the same fasma's at less rates also and they are providing better services. MY ONLY FAULT IS THAT I FAITH ON THE DEALER
