All application got removed when i hard reset my nokia c7

I have hard reset my nokia c7 with using 3 keys my all apps own of phone like ovi store, quick office, nokia photo and video editor got removed. In sw update they are not shown. Then i instaled qt ovi str but it cant instal .what should i do now to regain these apps even i also back up my phone!
