my complaint no with samsung: 8413157136
I had purchased a split AC 5 star rating of make SAMSUNG on 12/03 from a local dealer and on the very same day of the installation some whissing sound came from the indoor unit and the AC in not working. I had made the complaint with the authorities after consulting with the installation guy and then complaint registered with the samsung centre. But nothing has been happended till date. I had purchased the AC to use it on hot season and not for winter season. I also had a bad expereience with samsung earlier also (takes 3 months to rectify my fridge). What else I had to do. How will I get the compensation for the delay and hardship occuring to me in this issue. The local service people says they will rectify it tomorrow or tomorrow.
Hope you will guide me in this issue and make a solution to this issue.
