Kailash Wet Grinder

We purchased Kailash wet grinder dated 15-05 Model-NUGEN, Capacity-2.0lts. The machine was used in Ahmedabad. Since purchase the machine was not performing properly.when we called up at the purchased center they told us to get it back to Mysore, when we brought it back they directed us to Kailash service center, after keeping it for several days in the service center the machine was not rectified properly and landed up with the same problem, once again we were re-said to take it to the service center, finally they detected a problem in BELT and replaced it, at the time of refitting once again a sound problem arrived where the service people detected saying noise of the fan and finally they cut off all the wings of the fan and told us to take it back, now when we switch on the machine is getting severely heated.and not working properly. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?
