Faulty handset

I have purchased a mobile handset make nokia model 3110c. From the day one of purchase the handset began to malfunction. Within a span of nine months i got it repaired five times.

I requested to the authorised service centre/customer care to replace the handset. Unfortunately they turned down my request. Now the handst is lying with m/s Modcad Services, an authorised service centre of nokia.
