Mic not working

To whom it may Concern

My mobile Karbon k6with IMEI no. 910538000095511 and baterry serial no. 01437 has not been working well since it was purchased.

I had given the mobile to the nearest service center CEELAAN ELECTRONICS at Jorhat itself but no response has been given to me. i have given the movile for the past one and a half months.

So I hereby request u to see to this matter as soon as possible.
