SERVICE ISSUE

Dear Sir/Madam

I m not Satisfy with KARBONN MOBILES service, bcoz my mobile KC-750 not repaired since 15 Jan i was given this cell to Ayushi Elect.- M.P. for repair but he sent to your Bangalore service center office, but till date they can't repair my mobile. I WAS LOTS OF TIME TALK WITH HARISHJI (BANGLORE) AND RIJESHJI (BANGLORE) ON MOBILE NUMBER 09845088628 AND 08553015677 RESP.BUT THEIR IS NO PROPER SOLUTION REGARDING THIS METTER. AND TOLD ME PARTS ARE OUT-OF-STOCK.

Two times Ayuhsi Elec. indore (Contact No: 9229205320 & 0731-4237601) sent to my mobile to Bangalore Service Center:

When first time they sent to mobile to Bangalore for repair but they sent back as its my mobile (not repaired) with NOT OK comment. details are that delivery challan as below:

ASP Code B100027 Out DC No: D11020255 dated : 22-02

Job sheet: Model No First IMEI

C11020639 KC-750 900031300014186 etc...

After that i have once again told to Ayushi electronic, indore to send again for repair but till date i have not recd. my mobile...

You just imagine without mobile which type of problem i facing...

Pls Take strong action against above matter...

PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM URGENT...
