Not working during warranty period

My Karbonn Handset K336 is not working due to PCB compalint. I submitted for servicing at Karbonn care, Thiruvananthapuram on 13th june. So far it is not serviced as on 15th July. So many times contacted through Phone and e-mail. Always getting same reply 'spare is not available call after two days'. Also contacted Karbonn Office Trivandrum and complaint registerd in Karbonn's wed site (5 times). No use. Job sheet No.466 dt. 13/6. Model No. K336.
