Charging port dysfunction. battery backup

Sir,

I bought karbonn mobile model KC441 4 & 1/2 months back, since the day of purchase the battery is not charging. i gave it to univercell from where i bought it. They took sincere steps and i got it worked after 1 month with the reply from the company that my charging pin is not working and my charger circuit had burnt out (which is not my fault for sure) and from last week the same problem occured. is there any permanent solution for this or i have to give it for service every 2 or 3 months? and also mobile battery back up only up to 3hrs per day, every day I want to charge the battery twice, my battery s/n: k09080003560, IMEI NO. 352104030143352, ESN NO. 02160EB9, so kindly consider the above case and inform me to my email id.
