Change of battery and back cover of mobile

Sir,

I had purchased Karbonn mobile KC441 from Chandigarh but I am residing in Patiala. There was a problem in my battery and back cover of my moblie set is broken which I had shown to the service centre at Patiala "Ganesh Electricals". Mr. Dhiraj present there told me that battery of my mobile and its back cover is out of stock and I had written to the Company regarding battery KC441 of 3.7.V. Since 2 months have passed Mr. Dhiraj told me that company is not sending the stock of battery. My phone is dead without the battery as it is a dual SIM mobile iwth GSM and CDMA facility.
