Service center phone switch off

I have bought karbonn k10 mobile, they said it is a seal packet and the picture quality is very good.

I purchase the phone and after using I came to know that the phone camera is not good. Picture are hazzi.

MP3 PLAYER IS NOT WORKING

BLUETOOTH transfer items cannot save in phone memory or phone.

service center donot picking the phone at kolkata.

How will i know the service center address in south kolkata.
