Charging problem

I bought a k331 handset from rajindra watch house on 16/08/09.after three months a problem arise that when i connect this shows massages connected removed.i visit to dealer he did not co-oprate me.and returned me mobile after 7 Days.and problem again arise after 15 days i do the same job. but even the time now my mobile has same problem.
