GETS HANG & SUDDENLY SWITCH OFF

Hi,

My name is punitkumar.g.poojari. I reside in airoli navi mumbai i had purchased Nokia 7210 supernova from thane (west) on 15th december but its not working properly now from last 4 months its suddenly getting hang & the screen becomes white nothing appears on screen.

i went to nokia care in thane but the are unable to find out whats the problem i dont understand u have such a brand name but still you people are not able to satisfy customer. please find a solution for my problm & let me know about the same. You can call me on my cell no 9987888181
