Non-resolving complaint for Wll LG 350R instrument Phone no. 05623202052

Dear Sir,

I have a post paid Wireles phonne instrument No. 05623202052 at Agra UP, provided by M/S Reliance Communicatios but its instrument WLL LG 350R has developped deffect in battery back-up for the last over one & half year and my complaints lodged with their *333 and *222 customer care nos followed to their Nodal Officer UP West and RCom web site yielded no solution to my grievance tilldade except telephonic assurance to solve the complaint with in five days but no action nor removal of deffect thereafter. Kindly use your good office to resolve my grievance,
