COMPLAINT AGAINST BAD SERVICE

Sir,

my complaint number is GHA2206120391 .I have complaint for my refrigerator on 22 june but there is no reponse came from service center, no engineer visited at my place till i call mr. Mohit, after a check he told me the compressor of fridge is not working properly and he need to be replaced with in warranty nd commit to make that done in 2 days but now till 6th july. Customer care is saying contact with servise center but there is no one who is helping me from customer care no one is doing his job. Its a big shame of kelvinator that he is disappointing his customer.

Please help me in this, i hope you will help me in this.
