Poor product and poor service

Hello Sir,

Last month I bought KENSTAR cooler from BAJAJ electronics. Within a month the water pump failed to work. I called KENSTAR and raised a complaint. The complaint number is HYD1305120012. I got a call from the technician and he asked me about the address and he said, he will come in 10 mins but never came. I followed up with him but he never came to my house to repair the cooler. I reported this issue to KENSTAR but KENSTAR did not take it seriously.

Please help.
