Non replacement of damaged goods

I hd purtchased a microwave (challan number-BB/CM/04380/10-11) from Great Eastern (branch ofc-66 amir ali avenue)... AS ON 8/3... it's a matter of concern that my commodity, which i received on 10/03... was found to be defective, while giving a demo by the the person concerned of the following company... folling the the defect... the company gave a disclaimer of change subject to koljkata jurisdiction... however the behaviour of 'great eastern company' came to me as a bolt from the blue... they turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests... It is high time thqat the enterprise must wake up from their dream or else I have to move to the Conssumer Court. An immediate action would be appriciated.
