Kenstar sancwich toaster
Used only once but netither repairing not replacing the damaged product

Ought a kenstar sandwich toaster for Rs 1378 -3- months back and used only once when the bread instead of getting toasted got fully burnt The shop-Sekar & Co, kodambakkam, chennai 600 024 kept the product with them for one month and after making me visit them -15- times, back the product which was actually not attended to at all Again they kept the product with them for one more moth making me visit them another -10- times - each time telling me to come after -2- days but doing nothing at all I am fed up

Either they should refund the money or repair or replace the product When I warned them this time afte much patience that I would go to consumer court, the reply I got was " consumer court can act againt the manufacturer only and cannot do anything to us" Today again I visited them but once again I am told to

come after -2- days The main villians are one DEEPIKA (sales girl) who is the main culprit and one KANNAN who made the arrogant comment about the consumer court I request you to help me get back my sandwich toaster with proper compensation for the mental agony, so many visits to their shop and service centre in such heavy traffic along with other expenses which would teach them a lesson and protect other consumers too
