Kenstar Water Geyser
No heating of wate

The water geyser was purchased from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Moulana Abul Kalam Azad Road, Howrah on 28.11.09 with two years warranty. Since 10th Nov.'10, the geyser started giving trouble with no water heating at all. Three complaints were launched on 12.11.10, 21.11.10 & 26.11.10 with complaint nos. KOL1211100776, KOL2111100034 & KOL29900938 respectively at Kolkata service center. Every time, the service guy comes and says we're waiting for some spares to come. I really don't know when these spares will come and when it will be repaired. Please help me.
