Kenstar - Water Heater
Heater - Not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase Kenstar Water Heater nn 05/12 and from past 7 months I am facing many problems and this has already been serviced more than thrice.

Now from past 4 days I have lodged a complaint with the company but till now even after dozens of reminders and 3 visits to the service center (S.V. Customer care) nothing has been done leave alone a call from their end.

What I have been told that the part is not available (according to the service center). I want to ask if they don't have the parts for services how and why are they manufacturing new products.
