SERVICE IS VERY POOR

We have purchased one Kent Water Purifier Model Elite I from M/s Navin Contractors, 11-A Kannika Complex, Dindugal Road, Karumandapam, Trichy 620 001 during December for our company namely M/s Southern Energy Development Corporation Limited. It was promised at the time of purchase that it carries one year warranty alongwith three free after sale service.

After the installation and getting the payment from us no service has been done. We have booked for free service and contacting them regularly for doing this service. As there is no response from them we are forced to book the complaint. In our opinion after sales service is very very poor.

We are belonging to Murugappa Group Company and we can very well sent a note to our group companies not to buy KENT IN RO in any of our Group Companies. This is for your info. and doing the needful.
