Poor after sale service & arrogant behavio

We bought RO from Kent on 7/7/10.after installation whn we asked about the details of the product & the maint we were told that engr from the coy will come for the purpose.till date no one came & now filter is not functioning since last 4 days customer care is not responding even after holding the phone for 15 minutes.whn we spoke to the head office we are getting only verbal assurance.probably they are passing time so that warranty is expired. Worst coy, worst after sale service, arrogant behavior of people we wasted our hard earned money in buying stress& humiliation.nobody should buy anything from this coy. Shameful a MP is recommending this coy product in ads.
