Very bad service & Unreliable Product

Dear sir,

I purchased a KENT mineral RO on 10 Aug invoice No 5SM 90001411 Book No 5SM-0029 modle Kent guard plus mineral RO KR090754915. After installation, machine frequently giving problems such as UV lamp burn out, RO starts without water, Ro working after RO tank full, Ro not filtering the water and so many problems? What is the quality of international level of standards or patent?

RO not eorking since last 5 days. I have made a complaint to service centre tele No 01204669666 on 28 June Service centre not giving assurance for providing services at last I rang up to 01203075000 sombody (a female employ) told me that complaint will be rectified within 24 working hours that is 8X3 =24hrs, means within three days.

Our neighbours having local RO machines and after two years they have no problems like me.

In my opinion people must AVOID TO PURCHASE KENT mineral RO .
