The worst Water Purifier

We bought a Kent RO Water Purifier on 25 Oct from Crystal pure (A authorized deeler of Kent as he certfied) The product was leaking from the very night it was installed. We called up the deeler, after a lot of folloup he came and replaced the lock. The system again start leaking after one hour. After 2 days of complaint the deler replaced the carbon. Again after one hour the purefire stop working. So far i am not able to take one glass water from purefire. When contacted at Corporate office they given Bangalore office number. When contacted to Bangalore office, Bangalore office replied that Crystal pure is not an authorized deller.
