Beep sound after every 4-5 hours

I have purchased Kent RO in the month of October. Right on the day of installation it stated beeping, but the person came for installation said it will be rectified.

Right from that day I made complaint at 5 times out of which 3 was attended. I requested to repalce the unit or refund my money, but there was no response.

The person contacted for complaint is Mr. SHUKLA from Bhopal (M.P.) mobile no 9826056244.

I once request you to sort my problem/replace unit/refund my money.

Otherwise I will go to consumer forum.
