Non Functioning of Water System

Dear Sir,

1. The undersigned had approached Kent RO System manufacturer to register a complaint against the non functioning of Kent RO Water System. The letter ref written to them is 1908/Sigs/Accts dated 27 May '10 by 19 Wireless Experimental Unit, PIN-904819, C/O 99 Army Post Office. Further, the undersigned also approached the company on phone and spoke to Mr. Sirish, Executive incharge of North Eastern Zone.

2. There have been only verbal assurances from the Company but no visit by any rep of the Company. The said water purifier system is still dysfunctional and the undersigned is facing a lot of problems to the extent that people have fallen sick. The said system was purchased in '08 from tezpur.

3. It is requested that necessary instructions/action be taken to ensure a better service by the Company.
