Holiday for Pure water on Holidays!

Called Kent RO Service as the KEnt RO has stopped working. They say they can service only after two days because of the holidays. If the motto is Purest, healthiest, tastiest water, "Always" is missing from their logo and tantrum of sales pitch?

Further, no response when you call them at their listed toll free number, and no number listed on their website for their Bangalore office. Do you care for your customers to make it easier for them to reach you? And make sure your "Purest" water is available when customer needs it?
