Respected Sir,

I had purchased KENT RO system on 21 Oct through CSD Canteen at Delhi Cantt.

The system was installed on 03 Nov at my above mentiobed native place. Atfter 4 days

the system started tripping on/off automatically. I registered the complaint with technician

Mr. Praveen Kumar at Panipat and he rectifyied the problem on 07/08 Nov. Now the system

presently not purifying the water and also not discharging the waste water. I had again

registered the complaint with techinician Mr Praveen KUmar at Panipat on 30 Nov.

The technician assured to visit on 01 Dec but fialed to visit till 03 Dec.

I personally contected with technician on telephone on 03 Dec 11 and he stated that

the Campany has directed him to rectify the complaint after charging of Rs 300/- (Rupees

three hundred only) as service charge.

The said system is under warranty for one year. It is not understood how the

amount of Rs 300/- being charged whereas the system started problem after 04 days of

installation and also the equipment is under warranty.

Therefore, you are requested to send your technician immediately and rectify the

problem on priority basis.
