Poor product and service

We purchased a Kent water purifier through HOme town, Noida dated 23/8 Serial no KR110628695.

Absolutely trash equitment. In this short period it has broken down approx 15 times.

Level of service is simply Atrocious. The knowledge Service Engineers (actually calling them engineer would be quite an insult to the Enginners) who landed up during these breakdown after multiple reminders and multiple calling at service centres is simply close to NIL and thoroughly incompetent. The only reason every time they are able to assign is that it is afterall a Machine and what can they say. Purifiers works for next 2/3 days and then the same thing is repeated.

Utterly frustrating experience after spending some Rs 15000/- on Plastic junk.
