Clothe Iron

Had purchased a clothe iron from a shop in Kedaram complex in Trivandrum, Kesavadasapuram. No bill was issued and a warranty paper signed by the shop owner was given

When it was tried at home the next day the iron was found faulty. On return to the shop they it has to be returned to the company.

1) no bill was given by the shop and they are trying to escape from paying Sales tax

2) there is no facility to check the equipment in the shop
