Machine not working properly

To, Vice president,

This is to inform U that our society receives tanker water and thus by mistake we purchased your water purifier. we have been harressed by your technicians & company officials. The product has not worked properly even for 10 days at a stretch. Our fist complaint was given within 15 days of installation. After complaining the person comes after 2 days to attend the complaint. how can a person stay without water for 2 days??? and if we complain the officers say that machine does not work because your society has tanker water... We have purchased R.o Because we get tanker water regularly. The technicians come & clean the filter & go away . we even purchased a separate filter/ candle costing Rs.1300/-. Now after 15 days again the machine stopped working & the mechanic says the filter has gone bad. They were just killing time, so that they can tell machine is out of warranty.

Please look into the matter & replace our faulty machine immediately
