We have Purchased Kent Grand Plus RO/UV water purifier on 11-05-09 with S.No: KR090301360 from M/s Sri RAAGA'S TECHNO-MARKETING PTE LTD, H.No:1-8-303/48, PG Road, Secunderabad 500 003.

Invoice No: Sriraagas/101-10 dated 11-05.Warranty Card S.No: KR090301360

Series of services were done since the unit was not working properly on the below mentioned days

Wexed with the unsafistory services from Raaga's techno marketing, requested the distributor to replace the unit. However they rejected our request, Hence a legal notice was sent on 17-12 to

2.Marketing Division Kent RO systems, Noida, UP.

3.Manufacturing Kent Ro systems, Haridwara, Uttatrakand.

No satisfory response was recieved from eithier parties till today.

Kindly take proment action.
