Kent RO water purifier
Non response of service call

Dear sir,

I had purchased kent ro thru a distributer by name dkwaters in indiranagar these guys are repeted request and complaints from past 3and half week no body is botherd to respond and giving me vague answers of meterials not available sir in indian scenario the ho is in noida and i can go to noida and get the meterials in max 4 days, these people are seriously not bothered to take up the issue.even after complaining to their regional office in bangalore situated in nagavara these people think they are big and can take customers for a ride.and above all this these people casually say do whatever you want you can do go ahead do and they say that i can go ahead and register a case against them in consumer court.

so kindly help me in this??
