No after sales service

Hello To Sir/Madam,

This mail is to ask help from this complaint forum, Kindly assist us as we are facing problems with the Kent water purifiers as the water that we get to drink is not clean we bought the best purifier they had and now when we want after sale service they dont send men we have complained several times and yet no men from their side has not come on visit, Daily we have to buy 8bottles of 25ltrs of bislery since we have a joint family and cant drink unhygenic water kindly instruct us how and what step should take next below we are giving the complain number kindly look into the case asap please...
