Kent Water Purifier
Height of negligence of service

Dear sir,

I have a kent water purifier under croma extended warranty. Now it is not working properly and having defect, for which I lodged a complaint at croma extended warranty customer care at 18002092525, around more than 1.5 months, till now my complaint is not rectified. I have to call the customer care almost daily. Daily they people give assurance that today it will be done, but of no use. 1.5 months have passed, irritating me. I have talked to the senior person Mr. mahesh at 09611985444, Mr. Pandey at 9873601702 several times, but of no use. I haven't seen such height of negligence of service, harrassing the common man even in warranty period. I would not recommend anyone to have CROMA EXTENDED WARRANTY . They people are just making money and making fool of us.
