0.75 TON WINDOW AC, O GENERAL
SERVICE TEAM A BUNCH OF FRAUDS

I purchased a 0.75 ton window ac from o gen's authorised dlr Ms Durga aircons, to my shock the installation was done by a carpenter sent by durga aircons and let when i raised my concern the company ref agreed to send their rep to finish the installation the next day. June 13th i purchased and June 14th i got it finally installed. after it i visited manali for 5 days and came back on June 22nd and since then started using it and found the colling was not appripriate and reported the matter to o-gen delhi incharge mr sanjeev punj, sanjay pande, west delhi incharge for service. after the survery was done yeserday it was agreed the gas in the compressor was not good enough and hence today sanjeev punj agreed to send their engg by 1230 to 1pm and after waiting for it i got a call from their service partner that the ac is ok hence no need for the gas, it was a complete U turn taken. after lot of noise i could make then sanjay pande came to my home and tried his best to prove that is was our room interor, transformer etc were not resulting the cooling. its a shock of my life that a copmany of world repute have a people who make customer fell small, make them suffer and also falsify reports to shy away from their responsibility. i have pledged today to take a very serious action aginst all who fooled me and for it i shall make all efforts to urge all not to buy o-gen products as they are not been handled by capable people and also have not got any training how to talk and accept short coming in their attitude and produsts, kapoo
