Khaitan Zylo Pedestrial Fan
Service man took the fan and never returned even after a month

I purchased a new Khaitan Zylo pedestrial fan and with in a month it stopped working. I filed a complaint and a service person came and said that there is some problem in the board and he will return it in 2 days and gave his mobile number. I called him after 3 days, he said I do not know anything call the office. I called the office and they said 2 days, will will deliver. I was calling them once in every 3 days and got the answer that will deliver shortly may be in 2 days. A month passed, today I called 04428140208 and no body picked up the phone..this the customer service number. I called the other number and a lady asked me is it not delivered yet? she says we have the status here as your fan got serviced and nothing else. I wanted to speak with her manager, she said he is in hospital. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WHICH I EVER HAD.
